Training Service Agreement

1. Parties. This Agreement is entered into between DANCE LA ("the Studio") and the undersigned parent/guardian ("Parent") on behalf of the enrolled student ("Student").
2. Class Credits. Group classes are sold in 10-class or 20-class packages. Credits are deducted per attended class by the assigned instructor and reflected in the Parent dashboard within 24 hours.
3. Attendance & Make-Up. Make-up requests must be submitted prior to the class or by 24:00 on the day of class. The portal automatically closes after this window. Make-ups are subject to availability.
4. Summer Pause. Between May 1 and August 31, Parents may pause class credits once per year, as a block. No deductions, attendance tracking, or make-ups apply during the pause. Standard policy resumes upon restart.
5. Tuition & Payment. Payment is accepted via Zelle only. Tuition is due before the first class of each package. Auto-renewal may be enabled from the dashboard; reminders are sent prior to expiration.
6. Refunds. All fees, including trial fees, are non-refundable. Credits are non-transferable except by written approval of the Studio director.
7. Conduct. Students agree to arrive on time, wear appropriate attire, and behave respectfully toward instructors and peers.
8. Liability Waiver. Parent acknowledges that dance involves inherent physical risk and releases the Studio, its owners, and its instructors from liability for injuries sustained during normal class participation.
9. Privacy. Student information is stored securely and used only for class administration. Photos taken in class may be used for promotional purposes unless opt-out is provided in writing.
10. Term & Termination. This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of enrollment. Either party may terminate with written notice; unused credits are subject to the refund policy.
